"Dinorah Varsi-Legacy" Box Receives the French Diapason d'Or

Within the space of a few months, the elaborately produced "Dinorah Varsi-Legacy" box has received an award for the third time following the German Record Critics' Prize and the ICMA 2016. Released in November 2015, GENUIN classics’ comprehensive recording has been awarded the coveted Diapason d'Or in the current issue of the French music magazine Diapason.

The Diapason d'Or (French for "golden tuning fork") is considered to be one of the most important independent European record awards for recordings of classical music. The French magazine awards it every month in several categories.

As the fourth GENUIN CD to receive the coveted Diapason d’Or, the “Dinorah Varsi-Legacy” box follows Michael Schäfer's "Jacques Charpentier", Paul Badura Skoda’s "Beethoven: The Five Piano Concertos", and David Oistrakh’s and Paul Badura-Skoda's "The Last Recital".
