16.4.2015: After GENUIN already sat on the jury of the German Music Competition, the GENUIN audio engineer Holger Busse is now a member of the jury of the International German Piano Award. From Thursday to Saturday, outstanding national and international young artistic personalities will be selected in Frankfurt am Main.

UPDATE:
The Korean pianist Yekwon Sunwoo has been named as Laureate 2015, the Audience Award was given to the Latvian Andrejs Osokins.

The International German Piano Award is presented annually at the International Musikmesse in Frankfurt and is endowed with 20,000 Euros. In an independent procedure, a jury of experts elects the nominees and a second jury ultimately selects the prizewinners.

Among those who have been laureates in recent years include Amir Tebenikhin (2011), who has already recorded a CD with GENUIN, Lukas Geniusas (2012), Dmitri Levkovich (2013) and Misha Namirovsky (2014).
