Born in Japan, Akiko Nikami studied at both the Tokyo and Berlin University of the Arts. As a répétiteur, she collaborates with the Staatskapelle Berlin and German Music Competition. The prizewinner of several international competitions has made many solo and chamber music concert appearances in Germany, Poland, the Czech Republic, Switzerland and Japan.
