Lyric tenor Sebastian Kohlhepp received early musical training as a chorister with the Limburg Cathedral boys choir. He has performed at festivals such as the Corveyer Musikwochen, the Frankfurt
Domkonzerte, at Limburg Cathedral, the Weilburg Schlosskonzerte and the Karlsruhe Handel Festival. Sebastian Kohlhepp is also devoted to performing vocal music in small ensembles. As one of the Camerata Musica Limburg’s co-founders, he has performed at numerous concerts with the male choral ensemble as a first tenor in Germany and abroad. From 2003 to 2007 he was a member of the Kammerchor Stuttgart directed by Frieder Bernius. He has gained valuable insight by attending master classes such as those given by Ingeborg Danz and in collaboration with conductors Georg Grün, Markus Utz and Hubert Buchberger. He has performed on concert tours of the United States, Canada and South Africa. Sebastian Kohlhepp is a scholarship recipient of the Arte Musica Foundation Frankfurt/Main.
