Tatiana Zenzipér was born in St. Petersburg and studied piano with Tatiana Osipova at the St. Petersburg Mussorgsky College of Music and afterwards with Ludmila Umanskaya at her native city’s Rimsky-Korsakov State Conservatory, as well as chamber music and song accompaniment with Elena Schafran and Henrietta Serova.

After earning her degree with highest honors, she undertook a career as a soloist and chamber musician. She also began teaching at the Mussorgsky Conservatory at the same time. She is currently a lecturer at the Heinrich-Schütz-Konservatorium in Dresden.

Tatiana Zenzipér has lived in Germany since 1990. She appears as a guest artist at various music festivals and has performed at, among others, the Leipzig Gewandhaus, the Semperoper Dresden and the Schauspielhaus Berlin. She regularly performs with leading international soloists in Germany and abroad. In 1991 she was the joint winner of the ARD International Music Competition in Munich with cellist Michael Sanderling.

She also gives recitals around the world with her husband, pianist Arkadi Zenzipér, performing works for two pianos and four hands in countries such as Germany, Austria, Italy, Russia, Argentina and South Korea.
