“... music making of the highest order. Remember this name: Hinr ich Alpers.” This was the way the New York Sun critic praised his Carnegie Hall debut in New York in March 2008. Hinrich Alpers, winner of first prize at the 3rd International Telekom Beethoven Competition in Bonn in 2009, is one of most versatile pianists of his generation. He received his training in Hanover and New York, and is in demand as a guest soloist and chamber musician at concert halls, festivals and radio stations throughout the world. He is a Steinway artist and teaches at the Musikhochschule in Hanover.
